What do we think??

Boost:
-KA (Getting back on campus now and castle back next year, big opportunity for them)
-Sig Nu (Survived off campus for 5 years and just got back on last spring, still have mixers with top orgs but need more brothers)
-Pike (Still has little respect around campus but will continue to have a pull due to being the largest fraternity at UD)
-Sig Pi (Slowly climbing up and can see them continuing to do so)

Decline:
-Phi Psi (Allegations and from last year will continue to follow them, bad rep)
-FIJI (Smaller fraternity without prospects to get back on campus, IFC cap will keep them off)

Risers are KA, Sig Nu, DChi, Sig Pi, KDR
Falling frats are Kap Sig, FIJI, Phi Tau, Apes

I wouldn’t say this yet but alpha sig might struggle during recruitment this year due to the fact they don’t have as much to offer to rushes. Also I believe phi sig is a riser and asa.

Risers:
-KA (obvious pick. They’re back on campus and will get the house back eventually. They’re set even with a weaker group than the past.)
-Sig Nu (can’t move up much but I think they’ll be able to get even with Sig Ep and SAE now that they’re settled on campus)
-Sig Pi (this one is 50/50 but they had good momentum from last year. If they carry that over, they’ll continue to rise)
-DU (still squiddy but they’re less squiddy than a couple of the older fraternities above them. I think they’ll be able to move up a bit)

Fallers:
-FIJI (with a cap on fraternities, they can’t come back and that’s practically the nail on the coffin for them. Their numbers weren’t great last year so they need to hustle this year if they want to avoid a repeat)
-Phi Psi (they have just slowly moved down every year with their rep)

I feel like theta chi is falling and can’t contend with pi kapp much longer. All they really have going for them is kershaw

Sig chi/ Fiji as well

Phi psi has mixers back this semester and the best housing on campus, they have an opportunity to do good but well see if they can actually take advantage of it

KA still is plagued with weirdos and the castle isn’t confirmed with them next year
