Off campus frats?

Incoming freshman with a question. How relevant are off campus frats here? My brother at UPenn is in an off campus frat and he’s told me that off campus frats basically rule Greek life there. Is there anything similar to this at UD?

Not many left here, recently the 2 better of the off campus frats made it back on so not very relevant anymore

Frats like KA and Sig Nu were the only ones able to remain relevant and survived being off campus. Sig Nu got back on in the Spring and KA apparently will in the Fall. Not sure about the others.

a lot of them struggle to recruit, the stigma of being off campus hurts, so the ones that were able to make it are already back on besides KA which i think is coming back soon (not sure how because i remember hearing that the IFC put a cap on on-campus frats)

They where pet back because they have a house and where only suspended, they capped new frats from chartering I think they are back on now

KA was put back because they were only suspended for 4 years and Fiji will never come back they are forever suspended
