Also, Sig Nu is rising, Pikapp and Theta Chi are both stagnant. Lambda is stagnant but also a tier above Pike and is with DTD. KDR to tier 1 of middle, annd Sig Pi needs to be lowered to Aepi/APES level. I can’t really speak for upper bottom and bottom, but it looks alright.
Dislike if you want but this is as unbiased as it gets

I’m not even in phi kapp and can recognize they have way more respect from other fraternities than asig does
