Frat niches (post got taken down)

Fast risers, large mix of brothers, could improve more if they filter out some kids
1. Alpha sig

3. Delta chi
4. Sig Pi

Athletic, douchey, good looks, and bad hazing track record, again love em or hate em
1. SAE
2.Sig Nu
3 KA

On the downswing, last of the off campus frats, good guys but have trouble recruiting.
1. FIJI
2. APES

Chill brothers, good looks, not know for many bad things, mix of athletes too.
1. Pi kapp
2. Theta chi
3. Kap sig

Newer frats, could be good in the future but need to find their place, need good recruiting.
1. TKE
2.Beta
3. TEP

Stay to them selves, known as “geeds”, but they have fun, just dorkier clicks.

Profession base frats, smaller, keep to themselves

2.AGR

Very middle of the road, decent sized brotherhood, ok looks, next few years decide where they end up

Known for the worst, PIKE could be moved here soon, need awhile to improve tarnished rep.

Pretty accurate. Just should be noted that lambda and dtd are years ahead of zbt and aepi. Ik that wasn’t the purpose of this tho

This isn’t horrible but could be a bit misleading. People don’t hate sig ep and if they do, it’s not in the same way they hate pike. Sig Pi is not comparable to the other 3 and isn’t a fast riser, they should be in new frats section. Kap sig and pikapp aren’t “not known for many bad things” anymore. KDR is surprisingly fixing their rep quickly and getting mixers back

^yes. Sig Ep has the most Delaware kids. Sig Chi and Sig Nu both have a lot also but not as many as sig Ep.

Kid in Pike (who was also in AKPsi) had six allegations against him. Once AKPsi found out, they kicked him out immediately. Pike was a little slower on kicking him out.
