Not sure about pkt. Apes had good housing last year but they have new ones on n chap and e park that will definitely help. They have potential if they can pull big pcs.

Having housing on the row isn’t everything. Zbt is more well rounded than beta through quality. Beta took a huge pc this spring which isn’t a good look for them.

KA just lost there best class now most of them are very odd besides there freshman fall most of the last two spring classes where fall rejects I do not see them getting vetter

A Sig has the castle for one more year they need to pull cool rushes this next year to stay on the top. KA lost a good class but they are back on. APES has solid housing and had 2 above average pcs. ZBT is slowing improving they could be in the mid section by end of the spring semester.
