Rising and Falling Frats

Sig Chi (could become top 4 by next year)
D Chi (quickly become a top 7 frat)
Sig Pi (grown quickly and underrated)
KDR (changed reputation and n chap. Could be upper mid soon)

Falling:
KA (keeps getting worse people in rush)
Fiji (slowly becoming extinct)
Lambda (getting in trouble with school)
Phi psi (terrible reputation)

Sig Chi clearly did not post this. Whenever a post has outlandish statements like that, it’s solely to make that fraternity look bad. It’s pretty obvious. Sig Chi is in a solid position tied with A Sig for the 6th best frat on campus. Pi Kapp is going to get a spring + fall class in the fall so they’ll kill it and Theta Chi isn’t dropping so neither Sig chi or A Sig will pass either of them this year.

Sig chi will crack top 4 next year easy. They are easily the most trending upward fraternity at UD. Insanely good parties (better than some of the top) and tight group of guys that opened their arms to the pc nationals chose (Looking at you sig nu, they are still your brothers)


Sig pi had tep numbers this time last year and now have 50+ brothers. Most likely to make it out of bottom tier next semester when compared to a stagnant ZBT and AEPi

These frats were both off campus not too long ago and GR underrates them because of the stigma. Times are changing.

Dude, Sig Chi is barely top 7 right now. Who are they overtaking for top 4? Theta Chi or Pi Kapp? Because that is not happening.
