Fraternity ranking w/ explanations for all

Top Dogs:
Sig Ep is still king after a lackluster fall class. I don’t see anyone challenging then soon though. SAE improvements moved them up to top 2 this semester. Pi Kapp passed Sig Nu with an awesome fall but Sig Nu can reclaim ground when they come back on. Only time will tell there. Theta Chi is solid at the 5, bit squiddier than the other 4.
2nd Tier:
Kap Sig will not be a 6 for long. Their seniors carry and the case destroyed a lot of this semester for them. They may be at the bottom of this tier by the end of the year. Sig Chi has one of the better young cores but still have some squids from when they transferred back on. A Sig has some cool kids but house carries them to this spot. Hopefully, they’ll capitalize off it for as long as they can. KA stop their decline with a good fall class. They’ll need to continue getting good classes while off or they’ll drop off again. DChi is another frat with a strong young core. They’re slowly moving up and a great fall helped them.
3rd Tier:
A tier of two halves. DTD and Lambda have been making making improvements over the last few semesters while Phi Psi and FIJI have fallen over the last few semesters. I don’t think DTD or Lambda are close to D Chi level though so they might just run this tier for awhile. Phi Psi has stopped their slide with a great fall while FIJI may be in for more chaos when their top 3 seniors

4th Tier:
Pike is the biggest fraternity on campus, which has helped them move up from bottom so quickly. Their numbers are also their downfall as they could be better if they were more selective. They have a ton of squids in all four grades. KDR didn’t have the best fall class but they have been slowly rebuilding their reputation. Their N Chap day drinks are always packed. AEPi had a great fall but they’ll need a couple more of those if they want to continue moving up. Also, if any of these GR claims are true, they’ll drop fast. ZBT has solidified themselves as the bottom of the mids, which isn’t that bad considering they used to be a lot worse.
5th Tier:
Sig Pi was basically dead when they came back on. Props to them for getting back to this position for quickly. They have the momentum to move up a tier soon. APES lovers will say this is too low and APES haters will say this is too high. Truth of the matter is that this is their spot. They do throw good parties still and have a social game better than some above them but their numbers kill them. I can’t remember the last time they had a double digit pc. They need to come back on as DKE. It would help them tremendously. Beta is the smart frat at UD. They obviously have some squids but that’s just their nature and it works to their advantage. They’re not social climbers though so they’ll stay in this position. TKE has some momentum when they first came on but they don’t have that anymore. They’re probably stuck in this position as well. Diverse group though so good for them.
6th Tier:
SPD is solely nerdy engineers that like to party. I honestly respect it but they don’t make big gambits in the extended social scene so they stay here. DU actually has some normal guys now. Their starter group was straight weirdos but those kids somehow built a group that has a foundation to get better. Phi Tau has been brutal these last few semesters. They may have never been that good but they have just slid into irrelevance. AGR is the Agro frat. That kinda handcuffs them for who they get and that’s the only reasons they’re in this spot. They have some decent kids and got a good fall pc. Also, they have hot enviro chicks so good for them. TEP started off with a very small starter group. They haven’t done anything yet worth noting so they stay here.

Honestly I have mad respect for AGR and SPD. Having a frat based on your major is tough af and def helps academically.
