Sig Ep - one of best on campus, no real pledge process, loved by ladies, pig roast is hype, huge salesianum filter, big DE population, south college is elite

2)SAE - guido/Italian frat, huge jersey/long island filter, bussin haircuts, tough persona

6)Phi Kap - used to be kap sig, recently came back on campus after a few years, fell and struggled while off campus, top heavy (seniors are cooler than young guys), next few semester are key for them, will decide if they can hold ground or continue dropping

7)Apes- another off campus frat, savages, recent pledge class has helped, houses on Cleveland keep them relevant, either loved or hated by ladies, most diverse

8)Sig Chi - used to be machi, recently came back on campus after a long time, has done really well since coming back, seniors are last remains of off campus, Benny house is solid, lots of de/Nj kids

9)A Sig - used to be a mediocre frat, acquired KA’s castle, got a lot better, bit squiddy still but improving, they’ll prosper as long as they have that house, still should be solid after

10)D Chi - another fast riser, used to be a rugby frat, social climbers, decent mix of kids, starting to get recog from core 4, need to keep up the pace, lots of Jersey
