Most Underrated Frats at UD

1. Dchi (fun parties and dages. New PC is one of the best too, yet they're still ranked below asig and sigma chi).

2. APES (cool seniors. Most diverse frat. Brothers always throw opens every week and just live to party. Only has a bad rep because the school is after them. Should be rated up with SigPi at upper bottom).

3. KDR (great dages. Brothers are always involved on campus and are friendly. Only have a bad rep because of last years events. Should be rated up there with Pike.)

4. SPD (Yeah they're the engineering frat, but these guys know how to throw down. Cool houses. Tight brotherhood and not as squiddy as the other bottom frats).

Dchi is underrated because people still think the entire frat is like their old heads. Spot on with KDR their sophs and juniors are alright. Interesting take on SPD too
