Depends on where you think Sig Pi is. They’re on the uptrend and most people rank them in the bottom tier. A few people have them level with ZBT in the lower mid.

Considering that they had like 10 brothers left when they came back on campus, they've done well to pull out of rock bottom. I can see them being mid tier in a couple of years.

Definitely Sig Pi. TKE needs a few more semesters/years until they can break lower mid. But the gap between mid and lower mid is apparent. Again, idk why anyone would rush bottom tier frats when you're going to spend more time building the frat's reputation for future gens than enjoy it currently.
