Frat Housing Realization

After being here a couple years I’ve realized that there are a lot of bad frats with good houses and a lot of good frats with bad housing. It really doesn’t mean as much as you think when a frat is full of losers

Nah, every frat has good housing. Can’t think of one with bad housing other than Phi Tau/Sig Pi/Beta. But those are all bottom frats. Don’t know any good frats with bad housing??
