1)Sig Ep - best on campus, soft, no real pledge process, loved by ladies, pig roast is hype, huge salesianum filter, big DE population, south college is elite
2)SAE - guido/Italian frat, huge jersey/long island filter, bussin haircuts everywhere, most have Italian flags in IG bio, tough persona
3)Sig Nu - off campus, hurts them a bit, used to be the preppy frat, more degenerates now, big DE population, fall fest is tight
4)Pi Kapp - big mix of kids, couple of football kids, couple of metros, Annabelle house is elite, slowly climbing, chicks like
5)Theta Chi - nice guy frat, very popular among the ladies, Kershaw house is elite, decent mix of kids, gets a lot of PA kids, some squids keep them out of the top top
6)Phi Kap - used to be kap sig, recently came back on campus after a few years, fell and struggled while off campus, top heavy (seniors are cooler than young guys), next few semester are key for them, will decide if they can hold ground or continue dropping
7)Sig Chi - used to be machi, recently came back on campus after a long time, has done really well since coming back, seniors are last remains of off campus, Benny house is solid, lots of de/Nj kids
8)A Sig - used to be a mediocre frat, acquired KA’s castle, got a lot better, bit squiddy still but improving, they’ll prosper as long as they have that house, still should be solid after
9)D Chi - another fast riser, used to be a rugby frat, social climbers, decent mix of kids, starting to get recog from core 4, need to keep up the pace, lots of Jersey

20.5) TKE - newer frat, decent diversity, some studs, lots of quiet kids, not entirely sure what direction they’ll go, tight brotherhood, possibly social climbers if they might the right moves in the future

no shot asig is a top ten frat they have very little to offer fiji is also not as low as u said phi psi has a new domestic violence case so i dont think they will be mixing soon. Apes has like 12 brothers and some pretty bad accusations beta isnt the smallest frat they also arent very nerdy and tke is garbage and has very few mixers

A Sig is in discussion for a top ten frat in literally every ranking. There’s 6 sure fire tops (Sig Ep, Sig Nu, SAE, Pi Kapp, Theta Chi, and Phi Kap). Sig chi is solidified as 7 since they’ll probably be top soon the way they’re trending. That leaves A Sig, D Chi, and KA rounding out the top ten. No matter if you have them at 8 or 10, they’ll still be top ten.

19)Sig Pi - used to be lower top, sucked off campus, recently came back on and have done well, saved their skins from extinction, growing larger, social climber possibly
20)APES - off campus AEPi, savages, surprisingly has the largest diversity at UD, not an academic frat, so-so vibes, could be better if they came on campus
21)Beta - smartest fraternity on campus, not social climbers, exactly what you’d expect from a nerdy frat, super nice guys, meh parties, will go far in life
22)SPD - engineering frat, exactly what you’d expect from an engineering frat, smart hardworking kids, not social climbers, successful alumni, if you’re an engineer you’ll fit right in
23)PKT - wannabe social climbers, #1 ginger on campus, squiddy vibes, lettered house on north but not that impressive, need to change something if they want to improve
24)DU - new frat, still finding its footing, nerdy kids who like to party, could make a push upward depending on their new few classes, still no vibes yet
25)AGR - the agricultural frat, small but they like it that way, tight brotherhood with similar interests, if you like Agro you’ll love it here, some surprisingly hot environmentally conscious groupies, if you’re into that type of thing
26)TEP - newest frat, this fall was their first real class, started with 12 members so iffy starter group, no idea what’s in store for them, ifc capped frats on campus so they don’t have to worry about any new frats, good luck to them

^it was either Phi Psi, KDR, or FIJI. They were the only ones that didn’t have good reviews. Pike would be a sleeper pick though.
