Frat Tiers (ranking in tiers varies up to opinion, but tiers are definite).

Upper Top: Sig Ep, SAE, Sig Nu, Pi Kapp
Lower Top: Theta Chi, Phi Kap
Upper Mid: A Sig, D Chi, KA, Sig Chi
Mid: DTD, Lambda, Pike, FIJI, Phi Psi
Lower Mid: KDR, AEPi, ZBT, Sig Pi, APES
Upper Bottom: TKE, Beta
Bottom: SPD, PKT, DU
Rock Bottom: AGR, TEP

Fall 2023 ranking predictions:
-Sig Nu will drop to Lower Top if they keep staying off campus
-KA will rise to lower top
-KDR will rise to Mid
-APES will rise to Mid when they come back as DKE
-Phi Psi will drop to lower mid

Sig Chi and Alpha Sig are closer to lower top. KA is barely better than D Chi.
