New Fall Frat Rankings

Made a couple of adjustments based on what I’ve heard about each PC

Sig Ep > Sig Nu = Pi Kapp
SAE > Theta Chi = Phi Kap > Sig Chi
Alpha Sig = D Chi > KA = DTD
Phi Psi > Lambda = FIJI > PIKE
AEPi > KDR = ZBT
Sig Pi = TKE > Beta
APES > SPD = Phi Tau
DU > AGR > TEP

I lifted them up because I heard they got a good pc. I moved them up, I moved Pi Kapp up, I moved D Chi up to be level with A Sig (who got an ok class), I moved DTD up, and I moved AEPI up. On the flip side, I moved SAE, Phi Psi, FIJI, KDR, and APES down.
