Without the frat house ban being removed in delaware laws and kappa sigma coming back on campus next semester, does this mean kap sig will get their house back on 720 academy? And why did kap sig change to phi kapp when they only had 1 semester left to come back on campus? could they not hold on for 2 semesters?

Unlike Alpha Sig getting the KAstle, the school now owns that house. There’s no way they’d let a fraternity back in that house. If it was up to them, Alpha Sig and Lambda would both be house-less

When they got kicked off nationals revoked their charter so they had no plans of bringing them back on campus

Everyone on this thread is wrong, Kap Sig charter was revoked so their nationals wanted nothing to do with them. The house was sold to Tsionas management I believe, might have been Lang. The school lost a lawsuit to KA’s nationals over some kind of minor zoning classification so the court ruled the school can’t force a sale

This is right. Lang has current ownership but claims to have a future tenant starting next year
