KAstle or Asig House

To my knowledge KA owns the castle on Amstel but since being kicked off, they have rented it to Asig. Will KA ever come back on campus and reclaim their house or is it Asig’s going forward?

Assume when ka comes back they will take it back whenever that happens

they come back fall 2023, which is when they move back into the house.

they aren’t getting the castle back until fall 2024 at the very earliest. Asig aready has a lease for 2023-2024.

They most likely aren’t coming back on campus for a while

Asig currently leases the house from KA nationals. Normally the school would close it and immediately force a sale, but KA's nationals sued the school over some zoning discrepancy so the house was kind of in limbo for a while and their solution was to rent it to Asig. KA won the lawsuit so I would assume that as soon as they return to campus and Asig's lease is up they'll take it back.

Even if KA is allowed back on campus in 2025, they would need at least 20 people to fill the house and I don’t even think KA has 20 people
