Pretty solid list. Theta chi could break to the top and everyone in upper mid is pretty stagnant don’t really care for the rest and Fiji spot on

Phi Kap is still upper mid. They’re not that good yet. They had to switch to a whole new fraternity just to save face since they were doing worse off campus than APES.

KA and Lambda are definitely going down, Asig, DTD, and Sig Pi are going up, Pi Kapp hasn’t moved and idk why you put AGR down like they were ever really relevant
