Which frat has had the biggest fall from grace?
by: CuriousMany who were once reputable, maybe even “top” frats have fallen hard in recent years, whether due to sheer stupidity or factors beyond their control. Which frat has fallen the hardest and why? A few that come to mind: Sig Pi, KA, KapSig, etc.

It’s Sig Pi and it’s not even close. All three frats you listed were top tier frats when they got kicked off. Kap Sig is borderline top while KA is dwindling in numbers but the guys are still cool so they’re middle of the pack. Sig Poo is a bottom tier fraternity now. Easily the biggest fall.

And if you’re solely looking at on campus frats, it’s Lambda. They were a decent middle tier fraternity but DTD, Alpha Sig, D Chi, and maybe Pike have all over taken them. Easily the biggest change.

KA’s house belongs to Alpha Sig and Kap Sig’s old house belongs to the school. Neither frats are getting their house back.
