What are rankings based on?

I always see these rankings on here but never an explanation. Why is sig Nu and Kap sig always at the top what do they do that’s better than everyone else. Honest question...

It’s based on intellect, social status, and likelihood to succeed in the future. This is why Sigma Nu and Kappa Sig are at the top obviously.

Why did everyone downvote this? This is true. Also, GPA is a huge factor for any Greekrank ranking.
