fraternity tiers

I'm definitely looking to rush this next sem and pledge a fraternity but I wanted to get an idea if what the tiers are first just so I know going in. What would everyone say are the general rankings as of the end of this semester? Thanks everyone!

I don't know why everyone always hates on ZBT... they're one of the best fraternities in my opinion. Maybe they don't have the greatest looks, but they're some of the nicest guys on campus.

Theta Chi isn't this low and AEPi is just barely middle tier, absolutely no way they're that high

forget about rankings though just rush wherever you fit best. what's the point of being in a top frat if you don't even like half the guys in there
