Frat/Sorority houses?

What happens to people living in the frat and sorority house that have like 20+ people living in the houses? I know you can get fined for large gathering but the aphi, lambda, alpha sig, axid and all those other house have way more people than that in them

Idk they probably all have to get tested or quarantine there. Seems ridiculous to me
