Fastest growing frats?

I know everyone kinda has the top tier established but with the past couple years kicking off chapters and bringing new chapters in, what frats do you guys think are rising in ranks the fastest?

I mean TKE is rising sure but they are still very bottom of the food chain, last semester was their first semester and it only lasted a month

Middle tier frats like DTD Dchi Alpha Sig and Phi Psi are all rising. Won’t break top tier but their moving past others like lambda

Idk I think phi psi is pretty set where they are/have been for the past few years. asig is still kinda new but they’re new house is helping them out a lot especially if they can have mixers there

Nah they’re not gonna break out of bottom tier for a loooooong time. If ever. Still are both super irrelevant
