The general tier's may be close, but the order isnt all there.

How does someone from OUTSIDE of greek life assume that they are able to accurately rank the sororities? You likely have little interaction with them. 3rd partyism is of no benefit if you don't know enough to give a qualified answer. That said:

Sisterhood alphabetical in the tiers.
AZD/DG/GammaPhi
ADPi/AEPhi/Theta/SK
APhi/ASA/ChiO/Phi Sig
Honestly the bottom 4 i see as just a mashup of girls. Anything other than those are better for a real sisterhood, even the 4 middle ones. For AZD/DG/Gamma you can see their sisterhood in everything they do together. I'm in a chapter here at UD and I am jealous of what AZD, DG, and Gamma Phi have.

currently in a top-middle tier frat at UD. We've mixed with essentially every sorority and the general consensus of most fraternities is this:
Sigma Kappa
Alpha Phi
Chi Omega
Alpha Xi Delta
Alpha SIgma Alpha
Gamma Phi Beta
Alpha Delta Pi
Alpha Epsilon Phi
Phi Sigma Sigma
Kappa Alpha Theta
