Ranks for realv

So I just saw that gphi won FSLL Panhellenic chapter of the year, but what does that even mean? Like are ranks based off of things like campus recognition and values or who they mix with and attractiveness?

Since FSLL awarded them it’s 100% about values, involvement on campus etc and not about looks since that isn’t relevant to being chapter of the year
