suspended frats

Does UD take any action against the frats that were suspended and went underground?

They can’t do anything to them, they’re already not under university control. Unless there is a policy in place that would punish students who associate with these off campus group, there is nothing the university can do. If the orgs were still using their actual letters and not the made up names for their drinking clubs, then the nationals of those orgs could go after them for using their names without being a recognized chapter of that org. But that’s it.
