Someone posted this in a comment and it needs more attention bc this is what it’s all about at this point when it comes to Greek life status at this point at our beloved UD. Well said, especially with rush happening.
Every fraternity here is basically off with maybe the exception of beta... what fraternities here revolve around in the sphere of most UD students is social life like dages, night parties, brotherhood etc. all fraternities do these things on and off campus regardless.
As a guy in one of the top tier frats on campus I can say that there’s a stigma, and we regularly combine with off campus frats for dages and events and they’re nice guys. While I do prefer on campus and take pride in being that, I don’t think we should judge fraternal groups by if they “have or haven’t gotten in trouble” with the school/nationals. We’re all ud students and want to have a good time.

Don’t justify off campus, it gives the wrong impression to freshmen wanting to rush. Granted if you’re someone who just wants to drink and not represent a fraternity’s name, go off campus. Join an on campus fraternity, the benefits far exceed a group of guys that are only good for hazing kids because they want friends and throwing parties.
For all the off campus fraternities that run this website, recharter or wait for your fraternity to be accepted my nationals again and make a
name for yourselves instead of being degenerates that only care about on campus clout. Your 2.2 Average GPA is only impressing the girls that use you for free drinks.
