by: ?Hi, I'm going to be a freshman here next year and really want to rush but am nervous about the bad ranked sororities. What did DDD, Theta, and DG do?

theres no bad sororities... and they didn't do anything, they just don't mix with the top fraternities
tridelt is considered bottom tier because they are brand new, it's impossible to tell right now what they will grow into
theta and dg are great chapters who do a lot of great things for the university, service projects, and more.

They didn’t “do” anything.
DG has an amazing sisterhood, a lot of great philanthropy events and even a really nice lettered house. They are “bottom” because these aren’t your typical sorority girls, they are not concerned with partying. Still great girls.
Tri Delt is brand new new with any new sorority or fraternity, they are ranked “bottom.” It will take years for them to grow up, no telling where they will go. They all seem to be really enjoying the sorority though.
Things I’ve heard of theta vary from great sisterhood to a bad one. I honestly have seen people either love it or hate it. Bottom bc of frats they mix with.
Regardless, all still great girls. Theres a chapter for everyone just depends on what you are looking for. Don’t be afraid, you’ll end up where you need to be.
