pre-rush fraternity ranks

Quick notes:
1) This is a SOCIAL tier ranking of fraternities at UD. This only shows who is at a superior social status here. It does not take into account how active they are for philanthropy, the overall quality of males in the fraternity, or any other factors besides social ability.
2) If you are going to comment "Rankings don't matter!" or any other form of that, in one aspect y'all are right. Rankings are not meant to help you decide where to go. Go where you feel like you'd fit in with the brothers. However, this is just social based so if you want to tell me this is a false ranking, you'd be wrong because you can't deny facts (like Sig Nu is socially better than PIKE). If you disagree, you'd be judging on your opinion, which would be biased.
3) Many factors have been considered for this, as well as opinions taken from other posts. So here ya go. I'll add some extra notes in comments.
Upper Top: Sig Nu > Sig Ep > SAE = KA
Lower Top: Kap Sig > Machi = FIJI
Upper Middle: Pi Kapp > Theta Chi > SPIES
Lower Middle: KDR = Phi Psi > DTD = Lambda
Upper Bottom: Alpha Sig = Delta Chi = APES > DKE = AEPi
Lower Bottom: ZBT > Beta > AGR = SPD > PIKE

1) The Off-Campus Factor: Being off-campus won't continually push you down forever but it does hurt your social status in many people's opinions, especially at the beginning. This leads to Sig Nu edging Sig Ep, SAE/KA edging Kap Sig, and DKE dropping below many bottom tier frats. Although they may never thrive again (Sig Ep & Kap Sig, not DKE) unless they come back on, only time will tell if they can survive well (Machi, SPIES) or drop the ball (APES).
2) Stuck Identity: Although I personally believe ZBT to have gotten better in recent years than people give them credit for, they have become the scapegoat of bottom tier for so long, they probably will never move. It can work the opposite way also. KA has had a bad reputation at this university for years, due to lack of on-campus involvement and douche personality disorder. However, they have been a staple at this university for longer than their reputation, have the best house on campus, and their alumni system makes bank so they will never drop unless kicked off.

Pretty much dead, gave bids to weirdos since going off campus and have fell off since.
