Let’s be real, “big cuts” are always happening. We have to get from around 1000 pnms to pledge classes of 60-70. Each round we have to narrow down our lists and it stinks. Good news is, just about all pnms who MAXIMIZE THEIR OPTIONS will get a bid at the end of recruitment....
It’s great you have favorites and as long As you maximize your options you’ll get a bid from someone. But you have to be prepared, it could be your last choice.
MOST pnms do not get cut completely from rush. IF anyone tells you that they either had a really bad gpa, were whack during rounds or had a bad reputation already, OR the most likely thing is they dropped out of rush themselves because they didn’t like the options they had left and just want a pity party.
Keep an open mind and stay positive, you’ll find your home 😁

I mean I’m fairly certain they aren’t that much bigger numbers wise but in regard to how big they FEEL and how upset some PNMs get this weekend...it’s a “bigger” weekend for cuts.
