hot or not?
by: PNMSomeone in my rush group just told me Alpha Phi cuts girls based on a "hot or not list" and that a PNM found it and reported them to the panhelenic council for it?? What happens now? Will they still be taking girls/can we still rush them?

Plausible considering alpha phis NATIONAL RECRUITMENT STRATEGY as outlined by the university of Michigan recruitment scandal this past fall. Go google it now before the post gets taken down, alpha phi national office is paying GR to immediately take done posts regarding this.
It’s a big blog post by an alpha phi from UMich and it’s awful and I can’t imagine any self respecting Women’s group doing this.

I don’t doubt it’s existing or that this practice happens with alpha phi based on that info from the Michigan blog post, but I highly doubt in 2019 someone was writing this down in a fashion that someone would find it and be able to submit it to panhel. A google doc sure...but how would a pnm get access to it to be able to screen shot it or save it to submit?
I call bogus that they’re actually in trouble but yeah alpha phi 100% has questionable recruitment practices that are condoned by their international offices.
