Idk about “lower mid tier” yet but they’re doing a lot better than most of the frats in the bottom tier right now. They get mixers with better sororities at least, and the guys are really chill from what I’ve seen. I think they got rid of most of the weirdos that got bids originally

They are mixing with better sororities but to say they don’t have weirdos anymore is untrue. Parties are still weird and hit or miss
