how does underground rush work for guys? do all frats do it?

The whole point of informal rush is that that its not bound by strict dates and formalities. So yes, all frats technically could do it but that doesn't mean they have to do it for you/will do it for you.

In terms of how: you have to find a brother in the frat you're trying to rush and ask him what you can do to become a brother. Like I said its informal so every frat will have different things for you to do to see if you fit in
