rushing as a sophomore in the spring

Is it weird if you rush as a sophomore. Will frats be less likely to give me a bid because of being a sophomore.

I know of a few guys that did this, it’s not super common but it definitely happens. It’d help if you knew guys in the frats you were trying to rush or if you had a reason to rush that late like just having transferred
