alpha phi recruiting tactics...

TLDR: Someone in a sorority at Michigan (Reddit thinks it’s aloha phi) gives a story about how apparently, sanctioned by their national advisor, they pick girls solely on looks (which is what everyone already thinks sororities do anyway 😑).
Who are we to call this blogger a liar? Who are we to say that she’s being truthful though? Personally, as a senior who has gone through recruitment and it worked on my recruitment team with advisers, I can’t imagine this happening. But then I am not in the sorority that’s being questioned here…

Alpha phi alumnae on greekchat confirm that this happens everywhere. HOW DUMB ARE YOU?? But totally makes sense.
Waiting for the flood of freshie babies to come here and be totes excited to be a part of the “hot” sorority and add nothing of value to the Greek community whatsoever.
Based on the girls I interact with in my major and my rho gamma who ended up being an alpha phi from when I went through recruitment, I stand by saying that they “add nothing to the Greek community” except make us all look bad that we only recruit on looks.
