what is the general view on delta chi?

Why are they considered a bottom tier frat? What kind of guys are in the frat?

Not sure about the rest but they’re considered bottom tier because they’re so new. It takes a long time to move up from that

Decent people, some are super nice some aren't. I guess because its so big. Parties can be anything from empty to lit, depends on the night. They don't seem to have much involvement with the school. They're definitely not the worst frat here, but they definitely are far from the best

Because they give anyone a bid so they have a lot of weird members

Definitely true about some founders. But they’re next pledge class will show if they’re able to grow without getting weirdos

Has a decent amount of cool kids, but the majority are odd dudes. Also heard they’ll be losing a ton of the better brothers to graduation this year meaning they’ll only get worse as a fraternity unless they somehow manage to pull a good pledge class.

They're new. Most people fail to realize that they were able to weed out many of their founders who were strange or weird. Not their fault. Their nationals came in and recruited all of them. Sucks that they get a bad rep off of that.
