Sig Nu will remain on top throughout this year. Sig Ep will remain in second but expect SAE and Fiji to pass Kap Sig and KA by the end of the year since they are both kicked. Pikapp approaching their ceiling but still can move up a little if they recruit well.. Spies will continue their skyfall and machi will somehow stay alive. OX has huge potential....

Laughing at your obvious superiority complex over off-campus fraternities. KA is only off for a year and still have the KAstle. Neither SAE or FIJI will pass them. Machi has "somehow stay[ed] alive" for years and people just assume they're falling because they're kicked. They're easily better than Pi Kapp socially and just don't get respect for it. Spies have not been sky falling. They've only been off for a year, it's way too early to say that's the case. They should be even with Pi Kapp still. Kap Sig is the only one who may be in trouble since they lost their mansion but I have faith they'll recover.
Also, you saying Theta Chi has huge potential was the funniest thing I've read in awhile.

I'm not so sure if this is Theta Chi or a Pi Kapp tbh. They both think they're so much better than they actually are with Kap Sig and KA off-campus. You're both wrong to think the kids who rush there would consider rushing you hahahaha
