Ok so am the only girl to ever get bids from all 4 top tier sororities, I know it doesn't work like that I am an exception so my opinion is by far the most accurate on campus for Fraternity rankings
The Sole Top
ZBT: The absolute undisputed top house, everyone knows it, these guys only mix top tier
Phi Psi: No one fraternity spends more time on this site then Phi Psi to inform you of UD's greek life. All the GDI loves them for this
Sig Nu: Dropping hard because of all the activity with top tiers but for now they stay here because what's top tier without Squid Nu
Middle:
APES: Absolute powerhouse of the off-campus fraternity if you go off campus go APES
Lamda: On the rise, they have been more MIA on Greek Rank then past years, expect a comeback after Kap SIg got the boot, could see them bumping Sig Nu
Theta Chi: Is and always will be the most slightly above average fraternity on campus, these guys pull
Delta Chi/DKE: honestly get these guys confused because of how much intercourse they both have on a weekly basis (not with each other... actually... maybe)
SPD/AGR: these people are actually going to be successful after college
Bottom
Anyone else not listed: you guys are terrible you should probably all disaffiliate and try to join ZBT(even though you won't get bids)
Absolute Bottom House
FIJI: Stand up guys who are understanding of all backgrounds, really appreciate what they do for the school and diversity they just don't party hard anymore
I won't be giving a final in GEED 101 so put that addy to good use

Funny how DTD makes this post and all of the comments and then wants to say they're not the ones who "sleep and wake up" on this website. Maybe you should worry about actually being better than phi psi and lambda before you start talking about being anything other than a well below average frat.
