For starters, Kap Sig will lose it and that’s a concrete fact. From what I heard, the two most likely end results are 1) Another frat/sorority will take it over or 2) the University will buy it and turn it into something new.

It’s actually owned by Phi Kappa Tau and used to be their house back in the day. They rent it out to kapsig and are just waiting for the frat to recolonize so they can throw kids in their again.
