To some extent, I agree with you. We don't know the whole story and all the other aspects, the racial slurs accusation in particular, should be disregarded until concrete proof comes out. However, as a risk chair of a different fraternity, you cannot allow what took place in the video to happen. I have diffused many potential toxic situations in the past and this should've been handled a million times better. I have dealt with rowdy randos before and some be more difficult than others, but they have always left with no harm and no foul. There should be no reason for beating a kid up and FIJI should be reprimanded for that.
