With Sig Ep getting boot, when will it be KA's turn tbh . Honestly this leaves Sig Nu and KA alone at top if true

Yeah but even off campus sig ep takes the cake over KA lol, and there is difference between sig nu and KA

Sig Ep will stay top tier for awhile but don't kid yourself. Unless they can adopt a tough pledge process, they won't survive off campus for long. I expect many of the older juniors and seniors to jump ship soon also.
