How likely is it to get a cob junior fall?

Not really likely, do you know anyone in chapters you'd want to join? the only chapters that openly do COB without invites are DG and theta sometimes

if initiations are happening soon would cobs stop for the semester

I know people who have gotten COB bids junior year, both in DG/Theta and other sororities. You should be fine, COB is a lot less intense than FSR.

I know people who have gotten COB bids junior year, both in DG/Theta and other sororities. You should be fine, COB is a lot less intense than FSR. Also since you have a friend in the chapter it's prob more likely.
