AZD alpha phi sig map and GPhi have houses around campus with letters. GPhi got their house when AGR lost it. Heard they beat DG out for it by offering more $$$. These houses are owned by the chapters.
ADPi chi o theta and asa have their own little “houses” built by UD on north campus. They’re owned by UD.
DG has a house without letters. They’re not allowed to put letters on it because of Newark laws. No one can put up letter on a house if they didn’t already have them on it. I think they own their house.
I don’t know about the rest.

GPhi's house is owned by UD. I think SK's is too as is Alpha Phi?
