A lot of people are posting about COB but I thought you weren’t allowed to do any type of recruitment once you turned down a bid? Is COB an exception to that?

No if you got offered a bid you can’t donit. I imagine all the girls asking here dropped out of rush or missed sign ups and never did it in the first place?
