Between Phi Psi, KDR, and DTD, opinions are always biased on who is better. KDR is very hit or miss. People either really like them or really don’t, whereas DTD and Phi Psi are more consistent when it comes to likeability. I put them equal to give an unbiased opinion. Lambda could probably be up at mid tier as well, but are still under KDR, Phi Psi, and DTD. APES has fallen regardless of what they think.
