Well you can’t just got walking into places but if you reach out to someone and say hey I’m visiting this place they’ll probably be cool about it and show you around.
You don’t just show up to a fraternity’s house party and say HI IM AN X AT DELAWARE LET ME INTO YOUR PARTY HERE IS OUR HANDSHAKE.
