If you go into rush with an open mind will you get a bud? Also, what happens if more girls rush than spots there are in sororities?

While no one is technically guaranteed a bid, if you keep an open mind and truly engage with all the chapters you go into, you are more than likely to get a bid. The quota of girls that chapters are allowed to accept depends on the numbers of girls that rush. So if more girls rush, the quota will be higher, if less girls rush, the quota will be lower. Panhel really does want every girl to get a bid.
