I hope that all PMNs understand that rush is not really what you chose, its about who choses you. Understand you will be in crowded rooms, meeting people you don't know, who have 15 minutes to judge whether or not they want to invite you back for the next round. Its not fair, its not what you expect, and those selecting have preconceived notions of you. Some won't even seriously try to get to know you. Some will just ignore you. Some will just be intimidated by you because you are prettier, smarter or better than they are. Do not think you are less than you are just because those top tiers don't ask you back. 15 minutes is not who you are.
