This may be dumb but do girl cut the shirt we get that we wear to the first two rounds? Or do they just wear it as is?

No you DEFINITELY cannot cut it or change it in any way. Every pnm is wearing the same shirt so that the chapters can base their opinions on you and your personality and NOT your outfit, it's part of the "no frills recruitment" approach
