-FIJI and Spies have been dropped a tier for different reason. FIJI for having a poor semester and losing bids to other fraternities and SPIES for getting kicked off campus (Any fraternity kicked off will drop a bit initially). However, a solid spring pledge class could propel either of them back into the top so be on the lookout for that.
-Delts has replaced Theta Chi as the most mediocre/mid-point fraternity, and that's not a good thing or a bad thing. It's just a thing.
-KDR is holding steady now
-Beta has one shot at a starter group. Let's hope they do well.

for real what has theta chi done to make them any better than they used to be? They've been socially suspended, mix with an average/below average frat in phi psi every single weekend, and are losing Kershaw house next year. lmao

Plus the Delts are better than the collapsing APES, the nerdy Fail Friday Lambda, and the even harder self ranking Phi Psi. So they've to be put somewhere and it makes the most sense to put them where they are.

Under no circumstances is DTD on the same level as theta. Look at their most recent pc's. Delts have a long way to go before they can hang with theta
