joining off campus frat

A bunch of my friends are in an off campus frat, one of the biggest pros is that their dues aren't waaay cheaper, and they also don't have to deal with IFC. A big con is that they can't have official mixers with most sororities, but honestly most of them are really happy but depends what frat you're looking in to because al 3 are very different

Sig Pi got kicked off campus last semester and they had to make a new name so they did SPIES apparently
